STORE
It is in Via Appia Nuova, 226 Rome, a few meters from the Re di Roma Metro stop.
The STORE is open to customers from Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 13:00 in the morning, from 15:30 to 18:30 in the afternoon.
Saturdays and Sundays are closed days.

SHIPMENT
Orders will be delivered to the destination address by express courier within a maximum of 72 hours from delivery of the goods.
The shipping and insurance contribution for the whole national territory is € 10.00 with advance payment, € 15.00 for cash on delivery.
For destinations outside the national territory, the shipping fee starts from € 25.00.
TERMS OF PAYMENT
Orders can be paid by credit card, bank transfer and cash on delivery.
Customers registered at the mikadoItalia.com online store will be able to pay for the goods even in convenient installments without interest.
LOYALTY PROGRAM
The loyalty program is reserved for registered customers of the mikadoItalia.com online store.
The online purchase gives the registered account holder a score referring to the purchase value.

ASSISTANCE & MAINTENANCE SCISSORS
The sharpening service is performed in Rome by expert technicians and includes: the diagnosis of whether it is convenient to proceed with the sharpening, replacement and / or tightening of the balancing screws of the handle and blades, the sharpening of the blades, lubrication of the blade anchoring pin, polishing.
The regeneration service is performed in Japan with technologically advanced machinery and highly qualified personnel: the workers involved in the sharpening take years before gaining the necessary experience to be able to exercise it.
Regeneration gives the scissors a sharpness very similar to that possessed at the time of purchase.
RETURNS
The buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract, without any penalty and without specifying the reason, by explicit declaration of his will to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of delivery of the goods to the address: Mikado S.r.l. Via Appia Nuova 226, 00183 Rome.
The declaration can be sent by registered letter, telegram.
The right of withdrawal is excluded, pursuant to art. 59, lett. c) of the Consumer Code, in the case of products customized according to the customer’s needs.
The buyer may exercise the right of withdrawal in the manner described above, only if provided with a receipt or invoice relating to the purchase.
The customer is responsible for the costs of returning the goods that must arrive packaged and unused, in a normal state of conservation.
The seller will proceed to return the amount paid as soon as the goods are received.
REFUNDS
Refunds by the seller following the return of the goods or for any other reason can only be made by bank credit.
WARRANTY
The guarantee on products can be asserted if they present:
– manufacturing defects;
– vices of conformity that is object different from the one agreed, absence of the characteristics seen at the point of sale on our samples or advertised in our catalogs or on our website.
